A smart choice for fluid transfer
If you are looking for a pipe that is highly resistant, easy to install, and has a long service life, polyethylene pipe is definitely the answer to your needs.
Polyethylene pipes have become one of the most widely used types of pipes in various industries due to their unique characteristics, including high corrosion resistance, flexibility, light weight, and easy installation.

Product Diversity

Why polyethylene pipe?
- Long life: Polyethylene pipes with a useful life of up to 50 years minimize maintenance costs.
- Corrosion resistance: Polyethylene pipes are resistant to chemicals, acids and bases, which increases the useful life of the system. Polyethylene pipe is an ideal option for water transportation because it does not affect the quality of the fluid.
- Easy installation: Due to its light weight and flexibility, installing polyethylene pipe is very quick and easy.
- Affordable price: The cost price of polyethylene pipes is lower than other types of pipes.
- Product diversity: Polyethylene pipes are produced in various pressure ranges and sizes, which allows them to be used in various industries.
- Variety of connections: These pipes have the ability to install various types of connections such as screw, welded and electrofusion connections, making installation conditions much easier.
- Earthquake resistance: The high flexibility of these pipes has made polyethylene pipes the only option resistant to ground subsidence and earthquakes. For this reason, polyethylene pipes are used in urban gas networks.
- Sediment resistance:The highly polished surface of polyethylene pipes prevents sediment from forming in them, which has a significant impact on their useful life.
- Production form: Polyethylene pipes are produced in two forms: coiled and branched. The size of the pipe affects the type of production, and usually from 110 mm and above, the pipes are in the form of branches.
- Easy transportation: The lack of fragility and flexibility of this polyethylene pipe means that there is no damage to the pipes during loading and unloading and during transportation.

Types of Polyethylene Pipes
Polyethylene pipes are produced in several models according to their application, as follows:- Loden City Pipes: or soft pipes, which are mostly used for agricultural irrigation, and you can access complete information about them in the irrigation equipment section.
- Hayden City or hard pipes: These pipes are widely used in various industries, and their types include:

- Single-layer polyethylene pipes: Which is the simplest type and is used in situations where there are no restrictions and is also the cheapest type of pipe.
- Multi-layer polyethylene pipe: Usually produced in two or three layers, each of which can vary in terms of material type and color. – Usually the outer layer is used with a specific color to identify the pipe or with special materials such as RC polyethylene or anti-scratch or anti-rodent materials to prevent rodent damage and other cases. – The middle layer is usually made of polyethylene materials like single-layer pipes. – The inner layer is more important for drinking water in terms of hygiene, but in other cases it can also change materials and color.
Various Applications
Polyethylene pipes are used in various industries, including water and sewage networks, the gas industry, the oil industry, agricultural irrigation and other industries. Due to their unique features and numerous advantages, polyethylene pipes are an ideal choice for a variety of plumbing projects. By choosing polyethylene pipes, you save money and benefit from a stable and durable system.

Technical Specifications
Polyethylene pipes are divided into three categories according to material group:
Light polyethylene pipe (LDPE): has a density of 0.91 to 0.925 grams per cubic centimeter and is suitable for low pressures such as drip irrigation in agriculture.
Medium density polyethylene pipe (MDPE): has a density of 0.926 to 0.940 grams per cubic centimeter and is actually between LDPE and HDPE and is used in medium pressures and in cases where a highly flexible pipe is required.
Heavy polyethylene pipe (HDPE): has a density of 0.941 to 0.965 grams per cubic centimeter and is suitable for high pressures. This type of pipe is used in industrial applications and as the main pipes of water and irrigation networks.
As explained in the general information, today, high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes are produced with two types of materials: PE80 and PE100. The key features of these two types of materials are compared in the table below.
| Features | PE100 polyethylene pipe | PE80 polyethylene pipe |
| Strength | 10 MPa | 8 MPa |
| Resistance to ultraviolet rays | Resistant | Not resistant |
| Density and Thickness | Higher density and lower thickness | Lower density and higher thickness |
| Weight | Less | More |
| Density (gr/cm3) | 0.96 | 0.95 |
| Impact test at temperature of 80 degrees and stress of 4 MPa | 500 | 165 |
| Crack growth resistance at temperature of 80 Grade | 1900 | 600 |
| Modulus of elasticity (mpa) | 1150 | 950 |
| Minimum strength (mpa) | 10 | 8 |
| Yield stress (mpa) | 23 | 2 |
- RT pipe: This type of polyethylene pipe PE100 has a very high resistance to temperature. Therefore, it is a very good option for transporting hot water.
- RC pipe: PE100 RC polyethylene pipe has a high resistance to cracking and scratching. This type of pipe is produced in three different types. This type of pipe is mostly used in places where there is a high possibility of accidents and is especially used in places where it is not possible to create a suitable infrastructure for the transmission line.
- Anti Rodent Pipe: In some areas, pipes are attacked by rodents and birds. To prevent this problem, a masterbatche is used in the outer layer of the pipe, which contains a non-toxic material that is free from any problems for the environment and at the same time repels rodents. In fact, anti-rodent agents prevent animal invasion by creating a bitter taste, skin irritation, and changing sensory stimuli in attacking animals.
